Name: Luna Lovegood
Age: 20
Year/Position at Hogwarts: As she was unable to finish her 6th year, Luna, the editor of the Quibbler, has returned to do so.
Appearance: Long, dirty blonde hair, falling between her shoulder blades. Her eyes a are a blue-grey and slightly misty and "far-out". She normally wears purple, but since she's back in school, she has returned to the "loved" Ravenclaw robes. She's tall, standing at 5'7 and a half.
Personality: A bit “off” Luna holds the best intentions for everyone…but she is, to say the least…a bit strange. She’s always a bit far off, not always paying attention to what’s going on in the real world. She isn’t ashamed of her oddness and shows it for the whole world to see. She’s a free-spirit and won’t let anyone walk over her.
She's not as blunt as she used to be, and has become slightly more normal. Slightly.
Family History: Luna's mother was an "extraordinary witch" who enjoyed to "experiment" that was, in the end, her downfall. She died do to that one
Luna's father never quite bounced back from the death of Luna's mother, and is now the owner of the Quibbler
Background: Born into your average wizarding family, Luna was happy. Then, through one of her "experiments" Luna's mother died. When young Luna started school, she was constantly teased, and nicknamed "Loony" her things would be stolen, and she would be teased to no end. That ended in her 5th year. She became "friends" or at least actanaices (sp?) with "The Trio" and joined the DA. It became better from there, until the DA closed. She became close friends after that with Neiville Longbottom, and has been since. When Hogwarts closed, she went to go work for "The Quibbler" when her father bought it off the owner, she got promoted to Editor. Now that Hogwarts is reopened, she has returned to finish off what she started.
